Skipping meals sometimes may not be a big deal for some, but there are actually harmful causes in our body that can affect both mental and physical. Aside from that, you are actually cutting your healthy eating habit and because of this, we tend to look for more food when we're starving, and skipping a meal would be a waste of effort since you will still be gaining extra weight. Bad news? You will not end up having those curves.

Here are the other reasons why you should not skip a meal:

1. You might lose weight - but there's a catch.
Some research from suggests you'll drop bad weight in the short term, but you'll eventually gain back dangerous belly fat. More studies suggest the weight you lose may come from muscle, not fat which is hardily ideal.

Periods of fasting appear to trigger damage - repairing adaptations in your cell. From arthritis to cancer to heart disease, many major health conditions stem from damage caused by chronic inflammation.

3. You could run low on nutrients.

The longer you don't eat, the greater the increase of headaches, fatigue, extreme hunger, and even infection. Not only does skipping meals take a toll on your system, it conspires against you, setting you up for a slower metabolism and crazy hunger pangs that are tough to resist giving in to.

If you really want to have that curves in your body, you don't really need to skip a meal, why not try eating smaller but healthier meals accompanied by a smart exercise routines? I believe that will lead you to not just a sexier body, but also a healthy one.
